US Domestic Shipping only at this time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Orders are not processed/shipped on weekends and holidays. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, your processing will begin the following business day/non-holiday. 

 If we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery times vary according to the shipping options selected at checkout. Please refer to your order confirmation for details and feel free to reach out to info@captivelyclayboutique.com if you have questions. 

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
